For court-appointed receivers · turnaround advisors · bankruptcy fiduciaries

Your bond is on the line. Your books shouldn't be in a spreadsheet.

ReceiverDesk keeps the estate court-ready from order of appointment to discharge — and the estate pays for it, as an approved administrative expense, not your overhead.

The personal exposure

One untraceable disbursement can cost more than your fee.

Surcharge motions

A junior lender challenges a disbursement you can't trace to a court order.

Commingling allegations

Tenant deposits and operating cash in one spreadsheet tab.

Fee objections

Your fee application gets picked apart for thin documentation.

Missed deadlines

The 30-day inventory slips while you're changing locks.

Order language & administrative-expense kit

Paid by the estate, not by you.

Drop this clause into your proposed order of appointment or a motion to employ. Each period you get a line-item invoice, so the software appears on your MOR beside insurance and utilities — disclosed, itemized, and court-approved.

  • Proposed order clause
  • Motion-to-employ template
  • Per-period line-item invoices
  • Fee-application exhibit language

Proposed order — ¶ 14

The Receiver is authorized to engage ReceiverDesk, a fiduciary case-management and court-accounting platform, and to pay the subscription fees therefor from estate funds as an administrative expense of the receivership estate. Such fees shall be itemized on each Monthly Operating Report and are subject to the Court's review upon the Receiver's final account.

Sample language only. Adapt to your jurisdiction and local rules.
